Signs
I love this photo. It's of my uncle in Ireland at a spot on the southwest coast. Only 3000 kilometers to Moscow, Russia!
What a funny sign post they put up!
Don't you agree?
Beautiful picture. I'm off to look for a picture to post!
ReplyDeleteBTW-my husband name is Jimmy, his nickname is Patt. I've called him Patt since the day we met. I've tried to call him Jimmy and I just can't. When we were dating, I tried to get everyone to say Jimmy, my mom would say Jimmy one day and Patt the next. One day a friend asked her, Lindell, is Dawn dating two guys right now, so it's confussing at time! Hope you are doing good!
Great photo...not quite where you would expect to find a signpost. *smile* Take care. Dani
ReplyDeleteBeautiful scenery behind.
ReplyDeleteMy photo is up too.
Dawn - thanks for clarifying! I'm off to visit me some pictures!
ReplyDeleteSeems like the Bera way is a two way hike?
ReplyDeleteMy Saturday Photo is posted.
Great shot. I love signs like that.
ReplyDeleteMine are up too.
Great shot. Must be a long way off and I bet there aren't too many other signs directing the poor driver after this one, just like in PA :-)
ReplyDeleteI love it. How funny!
ReplyDeleteWhich way to Toronto?
ReplyDeleteMine's up :)
There have been several signs from Ireland today. Very nice.
ReplyDeleteI suppose it's handy if you want to go to Moscow! :)
ReplyDeleteI agree with Denise, the Irish know how to make signs, lol, happy saturdaaaaay :)
ReplyDeleteLOL! Yep! I agree! Boy... I sure would like to go see that sign in person though...
ReplyDeleteI remember a sign on the west coast of Ireland which pointed to Boston. Moscow by sea, though, hmmmm.... Great picture!
ReplyDeleteI love it. Must tell hubby since he's irish, but never been. We hope to go soon though..maybe we will see that sing. :)
ReplyDeleteVery interesting choice. Surely there are other interesting towns before Moscow. Hhahaaa.
ReplyDeleteMine's up.
Pam
Well you never know who might be headed from Ireland to Moscow ... with a boat and a car and a great sense of adventure. What a fun picture!
ReplyDeleteVery nice! What a quirky sign to have there...
ReplyDeleteHello fellow Irish sign poster. :) That's a long way to walk to Moscow!
ReplyDeleteNice sign.
ReplyDeleteYour uncle looks like a sweet man.
My photohunt pic is up.
Take care,
Frances
He certainly looks as if he knows where he's going ;~)
ReplyDeleteSweet pic!
Thanks for visiting today!
I agree with you. It's a nice sign.
ReplyDeleteThanks for dropping by.
Confusing, I think - unless it is meant to go both ways - I'm not sure LOL
ReplyDeleteI wondered if it was Ireland, before I read the text. They have something like this at 'Lands End' in Cornwall, England, too. Thnx for sharing
ReplyDeleteMandy
