Calling all Canadians - Sign up here The Dominion Institute - Canada's Last Great War for the petition to provide a state funeral to the family of the last veteran of the First World War resident in Canada. There are only 3 WWI veterans from Canada alive today. They are all over 100 years old. The goal of the petition is to have 50,000 signatures by December 11. They currently have 20,000. In honour of Remembrance Day .... do this for your tribute.
