Another is Little Women with Winona Ryder.

    ReplyDelete
  28. You've got my #1 as your #1, so I don't think I've got anything to add! :) OK, I'm quite partial to The Blues Brothers movie.

    ReplyDelete
  29. I don't know if I could come up with a good companion to that eclectic mix. I haven't seen that many on your list . . . Notting Hill was good.

    ReplyDelete
  30. All the Mr Bean episodes of Rowan Atkinson, not the real movies. I love him... Next after Mr Lifecruiser! *lol*

    ReplyDelete
  31. What? No Johnny Depp movies? (laughing)

    I live for movies.

I really like For a Few Good Men. That one I can watch over and over.

    On my list --
Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid without a doubt...starring Paul Newman and Robert Redford--the best western around. And oldie (1969, I think) but goodie.

The new 2004 Phantom of the Opera

Of course, Gone with the Wind

Cellular is good also. Intense, but well done.

Oh, and a couple of funny ones is It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World and Cannonball Run.

More or less, Science Fiction would be Jaws

Now, I'm off to catch up on your blog. Thanks for the visit...Today, on my blog, I have a bit of Corpus Christi Texas and a bit of culture. :o)

  32. My T13 is up.

Well, for comedy, I would have to say "My Cousin Vinny". And for a drama, "Searching for Private Ryan". I saw Private Ryan only once and wept for 20 minutes after. The impact that movie had on me was profound. We own it now and I still can't bring myself to watch it again - but it is still with me.
